The Cosmetica Perfumaria institutional website is for informational purposes only. Its purpose is to present the company, its product categories, location, contact information and other relevant details for customers and visitors.

This website does not sell products directly online. All purchases are made in person at our physical store or through prior telephone/email contact for reservations and quotes.

By accessing and using this website, you (hereinafter "user") declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, we ask that you immediately stop using the website.

Cosmetica Perfumaria sells exclusively authentic products, purchased from authorized manufacturers and distributors, always accompanied by an invoice and honoring the manufacturer's legal warranty.

7.1. Exchanges and returns

Exchanges of products purchased at the physical store can be made within 7 days of purchase, upon presentation of the invoice, with the product sealed and in perfect condition, except for intimate or already opened products for hygiene reasons. In case of manufacturing defects, the legal warranty applies in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law nº 8.078/1990).

8. Website availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, temporary interruptions may occur for technical reasons, maintenance, updates or events beyond our control (internet failures, power outages, etc.).

Cosmetica Perfumaria is not responsible for any losses resulting from occasional unavailability of the website.

Cosmetica Perfumaria is not responsible for:
